What is your return and exchange policy?

  • Items must be sent back within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and have any original tags attached.
  • Please do not attempt to send frozen food items back to us!
  • You are responsible for any and all shipping and handling charges to send the item(s) back to CAULIPOWER and reship any exchange items.
  • CAULIPOWER is not liable for any packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or tracking number when shipping back your return or exchange.
  • Returns and exchanges are processed within 1-5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed, and refunds will take an additional 1-3 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
